BOOKING TERMS
1. PRICING
All pricing is exclusive of a blow-dry (unless that is what you have specifically booked for). Claire Murray will provide adequate information on how the hair and skin should be prepared prior to (on the day) styling. If this is not adhered to, the client will be charged for an additional blow-dry. All pricing is subject to change unless a final quote has been given, the booking fee has been paid and the contract has been signed.

2. BRIDAL TRIALS
​All trials are held at I Do Beauty Bridal Studio in Rosa Glen . Trials are held on Monday to Thursday’s during the business hours of 9am-4:30pm. Outside of wedding peak times. Trials are arranged for a mutually convenient date and time, usually a few months before your wedding day. The trial duration is up to 2 hours per person. If a trial exceeds this time per person a 2nd trial may be arranged at additional charge. Trial dates are subject to change to accommodate weddings. Films and or commercial contracts.

3. BOOKINGS
To secure your wedding date, a signed contract is required with a $250 booking fee due at the time of signing. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but not limited to, situation where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situation and unforeseen circumstances including but not limed to: health pandemics, change in regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures. Please be advised that if the contract is not signed and/or the booking fee has not been paid, then your wedding date is not confirmed and locked in.

4. BOOKING NUMBERS
Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as we do not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

5. TRAVEL
​Travel fees are included in the packages for venues up to 2 hours from Margaret River. Locations further than this will be charged an additional travel fee. Venues further than 90min inland from from Rosa Glen will also need to have accomodation included in the booking of Claire Murray chose a rentable accomodation. Bridgetown , Pemberton.

6. EARLY CALL TIMES
​A $100 fee will be charged for every hour prior to the agreed 6am start time.

7. EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE
The client agrees that Claire Murray I Do Beauty has the sole and exclusive right to provide hairstyling and or makeup to the bride and her bridesmaids on the wedding day.

8. SATISFACTION
Hair will be completed to each client’s satisfaction on the wedding day. Ample time is given for each hairstyle upon booking. Verbal agreeance is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst Claire Murray hair and makeup is still on location and it will be rectified.

9. CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling of weddings requires 120 days’ notice. Failure to notify Claire Murray I do Beauty prior to 120 days, will result in payment being due in full. Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, Claire Murray I Do Beauty Bridal will pursue legal action to to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client. All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that Claire Murray is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, the hairstylist and Makeup artist will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less the trial cost ($250).

10. COVID-19
Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the bride receiving a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Claire Murray is unavailable for the new date, then the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable.

11. RESCHEDULE/POSTPONEMENTS
If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you will be subject to new pricing.

12. SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS
Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements the hairstylist needs to complete hair services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the hairstylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly.

13. LIABILITY
By signing this contract, the client removes the hairstylist from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to the client and/or bridesmaids or any other party member due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services.

14. PARKING FEES
Parking needs to be provided onsite at the getting ready location. All hotels will need to have a space available onsite for parking and the fee will be added to the client’s room bill.

15. PAYMENT
The final balance is due one month (4 weeks/30 days) before the event as one payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be paid via your invoice.

16. USE OF IMAGES
It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for Chantelle Maree Hair Pty Ltd to contact the clients wedding photographer to access professional images and use them on social media/website for promotional purposes. Please let Claire Murray I Do Beauty Bridal know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or not happy with Claire Murray sharing images for marketing purposes. Claire Murray is happy to be photographed on your wedding day however please ensure we are tagged @idobeautyor credited for the work performed.

17. Health and safety
Responsibility of the client
The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the Client’s failure to inform them of any know or unknown condition.
The purpose of the trial includes, but is not limited to, the testing of different brands of cosmetics to see if the client has any reaction to any of the products. The Client accepts responsibility for this. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform the makeup artist/hair stylist of any subsequent reactions to any products used, so amendments can be made before the Event.
The makeup artist/ hair stylist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour. If the makeup artist suspects the products to be unsuitable for a specific skin condition, based on information given from the Client, they may refuse the service.
Should any client or member of the party become abusive, threatening or violent, the make up artist reserves the right to terminate the service without refund.
For your safety during make up application please do not eat or use your mobile phone during make up.
It is recommended to apply contact lenses prior to makeup.
